Happy Birthday

A very happy 43rd birthday to Singapore! Somehow or rather i enjoyed this years parade more than any other years, cause i finally understand what the parade commander has been screaming all these years haha. The SAF Band display was quite cool, reminds me of the SPF Band's display for Edinburgh Military Tattoo music festival.

But the performance segment was a bit boring. I guess it was upstaged by the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony the previous day. Still the fireworks were really cool.

Im suddenly crazzzzzzzy over Luney TOOOOONS now (: And the fact that i finally got to know someone's name after 2 years makes me a very happy boy this week (:

Monday will be the first time im attending a funeral in my life. The band will be playing for a fallen officer in the force. I wonder what can be achieved or heard with 10 ppl left in the band.

Gonna spend this whole month watching the olympics! Waiting for track and field events and table tennis and badminton (:
